GIS (Geographical Information System) maps are broken down into tiles based on major city neighborhoods or entire land mass (for smaller islands). Our Real Estate mapping system contain parcel and tax data for 81,000 parcels from Key West to Ocean Reef, delivered to you on 42'' x 32'', high resolution, folded maps.

There are four major map groups: 

-  FEMA Flood Map Tiles

-  Zoning Data (City and Monroe County)

-  Aerial Location Map (Based on 2006 County Aerials)

-  Parcel Location Data ( Based on property MCPA data

FEMA Flood Maps contain high resolution color coded layers overplayed over MCPA parcel shape files that show property dimensions. These color coded layers allow for better viewing of parcel location within the color coded FEMA layer.

Zoning Maps are based on Key West and Monroe County zoning ordinances. Each parcel is color coded based on the zoning determination and also shows dimension and owner specific data.

Parcel Location Maps contain a Property Type color coded layer that overlays MCPA parcel shape data showing the property type of each parcel with dimensions and owner specific data.

Aerial View Maps show 2006 aerial tiles overplayed over MCPA shape files. These layers are transparent overlays showing parcel shapes and dimensions underneath.
